The SSO Electronic Connections Management System (ECMS) is a web based management system designed to facilitate the process for fulfillment of connectivity requests, and the management of risks associated to electronic connections from one organization's network to branch offices and external parties. Over the past decade, there has been a drive to increase outsourcing to reduce costs, business are operating at a faster pace, competitive pressure and industrial espionage are becoming more prevalent, and there is an increased need to standardize and generate metrics to properly evaluate an organization's risk profile.
