The SSO Electronic Connections Management System (ECMS) is a web based management system designed to facilitate the process for fulfillment of connectivity requests, and the management of risks associated to electronic connections from one organization's network to branch offices and external parties. The ECMS can be offered as a product (please see products/ecms.html), or as an outsourced service.

SSO connections management staff are highly trained in the processes required to complete external connections. Each staff member's skills and proficiencies have been entered into our dispatching system such that throughout the process of contacting personnel, inputting data, analyzing opportunities, validating architectures, and performing risk assessments, the most appropriately skilled staff will perform the duties required in any given phase.

While approvals of network architectures may be required by your organization's networking group, security risks and compensating controls by your organization's security group, all other activities in the connections managemnet process can be handled by SSO staff using the ECMS.
